Refine Your Home Workspace
Bestboard X3 is an award-winning All-In-One 27" touch display with a built-in patented flip camera created to improve communication and collaboration between individuals in a work-from-home environment. Bestboard X3's adaptive design allows the user to switch the display position and orientation depending on the context, transforming the product into a drawing board for illustration creators. In addition to delivering an intuitive premium communication experience, the product's patented flip screen allows the user to show, demonstrate or manipulate a physical object on a desk, allowing both interested parties to interact simultaneously through videoconferencing, such as by signing physically onto the document.
Bestboard is compatible with all kinds of videoconferencing software and platforms thanks to its Android operating system, so you can still follow the IT policy at home and use the corporate's designated apps such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx, and many others to conduct video meetings with your remote colleagues and clients.
How to enhance and make the product distinct in the video conferencing market?
Behind design production, I planned the internal workshop to define the project aims, target audience, spec, stakeholders, and collect the customer comments from e-commerce like Amazon in the inspiration phase. It helps us illustrate the TA profile in the following observation by the user journey map. I worked with a diverse team from different countries with conferencing toolset in the research phase, and it makes me more immersive for this project, being part of side users. "Whereby" is a browser-based video meeting tool with an emphasis on ease of use, via a built-in Chrome browser in Bestboard WFH series. It's simpler, faster, reasonable costs, the similar philosophy that Bestboard is trying to provide to the market. And what kind of experience do we want to bring to the user about this product series?

We also design this flip to overcome the software UI barriers, it’s difficult for the users to learn all the collaboration software tools, our purpose is to let the users skip any software adjustment because it is a pure mechanical flip with a meticulous calculation that makes the users have no need to rotate or mirror the image via software, just an intuitive flip, and the correct A4 image will be presented correctly on the screen. This mechanical design also means Bestboard X3 is compatible with all kinds of videoconferencing and collaboration software. This mode is very suitable for the users like teachers, office administrators, and many others who need to demonstrate the document/object frequently, now they can have the video con-call and show their document/object easy-breezy.

In addition to delivering an intuitive premium communication experience, X3 has a patented flip screen that allows the user to show, demonstrate or manipulate a physical object on a desk, allowing both interested parties to interact simultaneously through videoconferencing such as by signing physically onto the document.
The design solves the problem that people who work from home do not have a printer or a scanner; now, they can show their document or object with just one flip.

It equips you with a capacitive stylus with pressure sensitivity, you can write on the touch display like a normal pen, or you can show real-time annotations (such as make a signature) during a video meeting or live broadcast, it’s the ultimate companion for electronic signature and agreement flow.
