About The Project
The Plan won the Good Design Award 2019 - Golden Award
Introduces design to transform the campus and enhance aesthetics. The advisory team guides principals, teachers, and students to discover aesthetic issues, identify needs, set goals, and match them with design teams of different expertise(Studio WONDERWORKS is one of the selected teams), which will adopt strategies of "subtraction design," " spatial reconstruction," and" duplicability," for facilities, functionalities, and spaces.
寶山國中的學生相較其他學校學生有更多的時間與機會從事社團活動,無論是動態的搖滾樂,還是靜態的音樂彈奏、圖書閱覽,兩者氛圍相異卻都是寶山校園生活重要的一部分。然而,原本使用的空間長年堆放雜物、鐵窗封閉、設備老舊及多功能用途所造成的混亂,導致學生失去對校園生活的想像。
設計團隊透過使用功能的定義、情境的釐清、色彩計畫及氛圍的營造,重新打造兩個空間:「樂音室」及「樂讀室」。「樂音室」作為學生社團及課後活動使用,以黃色為主色系,透過黃色的霓虹燈管及標示系統營造活潑的空間氛圍。「樂讀室」則採沉穩緩和的藍色為基調,營造放鬆與紓壓的環境特色。營造師生一個自然舒適的場域,可以揮灑精力、釋放壓力,同時滿足多元學習的需求。
